We are Macintosh-based, but we accept the following file formats:
• TIFF • EPS • QUARK XPRESS • PDF* • high-resolution JPEG

* PDFs must be set up in accordance with our PDF guidelines. Contact us for a easy, step-by-step instruction sheet that we can email you. We cannot alter your PDF files.

Photo Resolution Requirements: (in pixels per inch)
200 ppi for Black/White
300 ppi for Color

• For color photos or ads, please convert to CMYK mode

• Quark Xpress files: include all FONTS and support files.

• EPS Files: In Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand and Corel Draw files,
convert all fonts to paths, and imbed all imported graphics.

• For best results, use Type 1 fonts.

• Sorry, no Microsoft files with imbedded graphics can be accepted.

.• 72 ppi JPEG web files are not acceptable for print.

A HARDCOPY proof of your digital ad is required!
